LET'S GET STARTED
When you have Trainerize downloaded and the Terms and Conditions completed.
Do the following:
1)Ā UploadĀ your starting photos and weight.Ā
(Front, Side, and Back photos)
Take them as the app directs you too.

Get a tripod if needed.

2) Enter the development stage
Once you have completed the Terms and ConditionsĀ and uploaded your starting photos & weight

Your program will enter the development stage
Your program will take approximately 24-48 hours to load
Once completed, you will get a message from your coach through the Trainerize app and officially START
